We come up with novel methods to try bridge the gaps in communication. We like drawing/mocking things up for them. Once we do that, we then try to let them experience what we will build. Sometimes it is not till we have finally let them work on the solutions built that they realize the need of augmentation or modification. We try to show patience and give customers time to get happy. We take accountability of our actions and try to give the best solutions. Unlike most of the other technology and consulting companies, we don't just bill because our time has a price tag associated with it. We bill them for their satisfaction. Due to this, our relationships have lasted for years and forever, even though those contracts were initially as small and for a limited period.

We spend a lot of time collecting the information received from customers. We empathize with customers to understand their pain points and challanges so that we can ideate the best solutions for them. We also provides suitable tools at the time of requirements gathering. We create use cases and scenarios to understand what is needed not just at present, but also in the future.

Analysis and Visualization / Mockup

Our quick work in analysis and visualization differentiates us from the other players. The ability to articulate needs clearly and let the customers experience them in the form of Wireframes & Interactive or Pictorial Mockups, has earned us accolades from a lot of customers. We are really quick and that gives us the edge over larger companies that are not that flexible. Building Working Prototypes

We work on what is needed with the approach of making a difference. We always work on prototyping the modules for better understandability of the flow and customer needs. We prorotype and do usability testing of every designed modules via paper prototypes, low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity prototypes. We always have the methodologies and tools for building the prototypes and to deliver the right efficient solutions.

Product Release and User Acceptance

Once we have done with our other processes of the development and quality analysis & usability testing we move on to product release and user acceptance testing. Where we give the freehand to customers to test their products on our environment and to share the real feedback to iterate the process and to get the efficient results out.
